Espacio Expresión, with neighborhood associations, promotes diverse cultural activities in the streets, plazas and beaches of Pisco, from art and dance to gastronomy. Festivals and workshops have created a network of institutions and neighborhood leaders committed to taking the meaning, tradition and values of a community to the streets as well as developing new opportunities for small businesses and neighborhood organization.
