INTERVENTIONS IN PUBLIC SPACE
Natural spaces and sidewalks, previously no-man lands, become a place when neighbors maintain them. The process of reflecting, building consensus, organizing and working together fosters the social interaction that creates relationships of confidence among neighbors needed to create future changes. Initiatives seek to maximize the impact of these improvements by selecting meaningful places are transformed or spaces significant to the community's everyday life.
